In the first quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $1.13T MX, 2.59% less than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Junior Colleges registered 391 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Estado de México (54), Ciudad de México (49), and Puebla (26).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $851M MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($317M MX) and Nuevo León ($108M MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Junior Colleges had a total of 279 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Venustiano Carranza (45), Guadalajara (33), and Cuauhtémoc (30)

Total income eached $799M MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Venustiano Carranza ($444M MX), Benito Juárez ($74.1M MX), and Guadalajara ($55.7M MX).

Total expenditures were $492M MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Venustiano Carranza ($318M MX), Benito Juárez ($36M MX), and Guadalajara ($31.5M MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 2601 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Venustiano Carranza (588), Guadalajara (348), and Monterrey (342).
