In the fourth quarter of 2023 the gross domestic product was $436B MX, 3.13% less than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2023, Personal Care Services registered 236,381 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Estado de México (32,953), Ciudad de México (22,028), and Jalisco (19,215).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $36.1B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($6.22B MX) and Estado de México ($3.97B MX).

For its part, total income reached $36.1B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($6.22B MX) and Estado de México ($3.97B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Personal Care Services the states with the highest affinity were Nuevo León (0.76), Chihuahua (0.75), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.72), Sonora (0.7), and Baja California (0.7).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Personal Care Services had a total of 476,517 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Guadalajara (11.4k), Iztapalapa (10.3k), and Puebla (9.34k)

Total income eached $53.1B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Cuauhtémoc ($1.6B MX), Guadalajara ($1.53B MX), and Tijuana ($1.33B MX).

Total expenditures were $25.9B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Guadalajara ($755M MX), Cuauhtémoc ($747M MX), and Tijuana ($696M MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 655923 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Guadalajara (17.5k), Iztapalapa (13.9k), and Puebla (13.8k).
