In the same period, an average salary of $5.11k MX was observed, registering an increase of 4.74%, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024 ($4.87k MX).

The states with the highest number of Hairdressers, Barbers, Stylists and Hairdressers during the first quarter of 2025 were Estado de México (49.5k), Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (39.1k), and Jalisco (28.1k)

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2025, the main positive variations occurred in Puebla and Hidalgo with an increase of 6.68k (35.6%) and 2.6k (40.6%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Ciudad de México and Guanajuato with a decrease of 15.6k (44.3%) and 15.3k (46%), respectively.
