The average age of Hospital and Medical Assistants was 40.2 years. The workforce was distributed in 72.6% men with an average salary of $7.45k MX and, 27.4% women with average salary of $6.51k MX.

The best average salaries received by Hospital and Medical Assistants were in Guanajuato ($14.5k MX), Chihuahua ($12.5k MX), and Durango ($11.4k MX) while the workforce was larger in Estado de México (14.5k), Guanajuato (3.53k), and Puebla (2.92k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Residential Care Facilities for Persons with Mental Retardation, Mental Disorder and Addictions ($14k MX), Psychiatric and Addiction Hospitals ($9.83k MX), and Retail Trade of Health Care Items ($8.53k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Psychiatric and Addiction Hospitals (51.2k), General Hospitals (17.6k), and Medical Doctors Offices (8.94k).

On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Jalisco and Baja California with a decrease of 1.42k (38.6%) and 1.39k (66.7%), respectively.
