The average age of Telemarketers was 35.1 years. The workforce was distributed in 36.7% men with an average salary of $8.83k MX and, 63.3% women with average salary of $6.09k MX.

The best average salaries received by Telemarketers were in Chihuahua ($30.1k MX), Yucatán ($25.9k MX), and Guerrero ($15.5k MX) while the workforce was larger in Estado de México (18.3k), Ciudad de México (9.9k), and Nuevo León (3.81k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Electric Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Commercialization ($40k MX), Amusement Parks and Arcades ($25k MX), and Travel Agencies and Reservation Services ($15k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Business Administration Services (41.2k), Retail Trade of Household Furniture and other Household Goods (9.58k), and Retail Trade of Automobiles and Pickup Trucks (8.32k).

69.8% of the total informal workers correspond to women with an average salary of $4.42k MX and 30.2% to men with an average salary of $4.47k MX.

On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Nuevo León and Guerrero with a decrease of 3.18k (45.5%) and 854 (83.4%), respectively.

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2026, the positive salary growth was higher in Yucatán and Sonora with an increase of $16.9k MX (188%) and $7.51k MX (146%), respectively. The workforce of Telemarketers during the first quarter of 2026 was higher in the age group with 25 to 34 years concentrating 19.4k workers of which 69.4% corresponds to formal employment (13.5k) and 30.6% to informal employment (5.95k).

Regarding the schooling years, the workforce was higher in the range with 16 to 18 years of schooling concentrating 19.4k workers of which 85%  corresponds to formal employment (16.5k) and 15% corresponds to informal employment (2.91k).
