The average age of Professionals and Technicians was 40.1 years. The workforce was distributed in 58.7% men with an average salary of $8.02k MX and, 41.3% women with average salary of $6.81k MX.

The best average salaries received by Professionals and Technicians were in Baja California Sur ($13.8k MX), Nayarit ($12.8k MX), and Campeche ($11.8k MX) while the workforce was larger in Estado de México (1.39M), Ciudad de México (1.31M), and Jalisco (712k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Food Catering Services ($27.1k MX), Fishing ($22.6k MX), and Metallic Ore Mining ($22.1k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Higher Technical Education Schools (2.69M), Legal Services (2.54M), and Repair and Maintenance of Automobiles and Trucks (1.04M).

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2025, the positive salary growth was higher in Guerrero and Nayarit with an increase of $1.29k MX (17.7%) and $1.1k MX (9.36%), respectively. Regarding the schooling years, the workforce was higher in the range with 16 to 18 years of schooling concentrating 5.92M workers of which 81.7%  corresponds to formal employment (4.84M) and 18.3% corresponds to informal employment (1.09M).
