The best average salaries received by Officers, Directors and Heads were in Baja California Sur ($19.5k MX), Tamaulipas ($19.1k MX), and Nayarit ($17.3k MX) while the workforce was larger in Ciudad de México (318k), Estado de México (203k), and Nuevo León (145k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Metallic Ore Mining ($39.2k MX), Agents and Managers for Artists, Athletes and Similar Figures ($27.4k MX), and Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports and Similar Events ($23.1k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Justice Administration and Security and Public Order Preservation (9.07%), Legal Services (144k), and Higher Technical Education Schools (132k).

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2026, the main positive variations occurred in Puebla and Guanajuato with an increase of 12.3k (21.3%) and 10.2k (16%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Ciudad de México and Estado de México with a decrease of 45k (12.4%) and 30.6k (13.1%), respectively.
