The average age of Presidents and Ceos was 50.2 years. The workforce was distributed in 69% men with an average salary of $11.4k MX and, 31% women with average salary of $14.6k MX.

The best average salaries received by Presidents and Ceos were in Colima ($39.1k MX), Chiapas ($35.6k MX), and Tlaxcala ($33.6k MX) while the workforce was larger in Ciudad de México (26.8k), Querétaro (6.6k), and Jalisco (5.97k).

The states with the highest number of Presidents and Ceos during the first quarter of 2025 were Ciudad de México (26.8k), Querétaro (6.6k), and Jalisco (5.97k)

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2025, the main positive variations occurred in Ciudad de México and Estado de México with an increase of 19.4k (264%) and 3.72k (195%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Jalisco and Puebla with a decrease of 2.94k (33%) and 846 (53.2%), respectively.
